Processing Times

Most orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the item and the details of the order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders within Canada using available shipping carriers and services selected at checkout. Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can assist you with the appropriate next steps.

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you determine the next steps with the shipping carrier.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, eligible customers will be able to select the local pickup option at checkout. Pickup instructions will be provided after the order is placed.
